Plenty of factors contribute to the overall delivery of a large project like this, but assuming everything goes to plan in-line with the details of the original quotation, this is the average time to completion.

In essence yes you can. However whilst we are progressing with the project, there will be milestones met, and at these points some alterations to the project will be past the point of being easily changed without incurring larger costs than if the changes were requested prior to a milestone that will be affected by the change. 

Payments for the project are spread throughout the build, and will be discussed during the quotation stages so that everyone understands what happens and when – particularly with regards to payments.

A single back extension **m by **m will take around 8 weeks start to finish. Of course like most building projects there can be inforseen cirumstances which would lead to delays, however, assuming all goes to plan this is a reasonable turnover time for you to plan for.

In most cases yes, adding additional living space to you home can add value to your home. Bedrooms usually equate to an increase in price more than most extentions, but increasing the total footprint of a property should increase it’s value and appeal.

Absolutely. People often like to use their large garden areas to add an additional Bar, Summer house, gym, games room or pretty much anything you can think of.

Of course we can. You may just have an idea of what you’d like the Garden space to acheive, and we’ll be more than happy to help design and plan the project.

If it is required for heavy machinery, we can usually find a way in. This can be tricky, but we will understand the challenge once we see the site. Sometimes this can dictate what is possible in your garden (for example). With that said, there’s nothing wrong with a good bit of elbow grease and digging out manually!

We are happy to work with the materials you can buy. However we have a large network fo suppliers that give us the materials at a trade price and we are able to pass on somekind of discount in the process, so it is usually cheaper to come with us. By lettling us supply the materials, we know what we are working with.

Yes. This is very common at the moment and we have been preparing and fitting gardens with this kind of grass for a few years now – so many benefits like not having to cut the grass, always even green, pet friendly, perfectly looking finished grass.
