Residential
Building for Residential project is the heart and soul of our business. We thrive on exceeding expectations and endeavour to help you realise your home improvements.
Bespoke
Most projects end up with a level of bespoke building to it. Outside of the tricky hurdles in a project, we also look to adapt our approach and skills in order to deliver for our client.

Most of clients start this way, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We love reviewing your project and working with you to achieve what you’ve set out to do. We bring our experience and knowledge to that table and will always make further recommendations with view of improving where possible, giving you better value for money, or even seeing a bigger picture for now or in the future.
Do we need planning permission?

Some building projects need planning permission, and some building projects can be completed under permitted development, give us a call and we can let you know what you required for your building project.
How long will the project take?

Every project is different, and will depend on a few different things like size of project, weather, materials availability etc. If you accept our quotation we will provide you with a schedule of works so you will know as best as we can estimate, how long your building project will take.
What are your working hours?

We work Monday to Friday 7.30am till 4.30pm and some Saturday’s if agreed with the client.
Will there be any addition fees?

No! Our quotations are based on the requirmens agreed at start of the project and are fixed to point of completion – there are no hidden extras. We often find during a project that client may decide some extra works would be good to complete whilst we are there – these are quoted separately and agreed as extras.
Essex, Hertforshire & the surrounding Areas
We operate mostly in the Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. We can travel further afield but would need to plan for this and allow slightly more time for the completion of the project.
