We Are A Family run business…

DHI is a family run business, started up by Bob Green in 1989 since then the company has now been passed down to his brother Dave green and nephew James Green.

We are a team of fully trained building professionals here to help you upgrade your property.

We pride ourselves on very high standards, with most of our work coming from recommendations.

We offer free, no-obligation quotation for all building works, providing expert advice.

We can help you every step of the way from your first initial idea, to planning permission, right alone to the completion of you project.

We work closely with the customers, surveyors and architects as well as other professionals to carry out your desired building works, making sure all works are carried out to building regulations and to the highest standards. We are committed to using only quality building materials.

Once you have decided to use DHI as your contractors we will provide you with a schedule of work and payment plans, so you will have a start and completions date.

We are based in Roydon Essex, but cover all the surrounding areas of London & Essex.

We are fully insured up to £5,000,000.

We also are NHBC registered with Buildmark cover and Fensa registered.
