Side, Back & Loft Extension

At this property we built a single story back and side extension, and full loft conversion. In addition, we completed an interior refurbishment.

For the first phase of the works we constructed the loft, stripping off the entire existing roof, installed steel work, and built an entirely new roof. The roof was a hipped roof and we built two gables. We completed the loft with en-suite, office and walk in wardrobe.

Next phase, we dug foundations for new extension, built in block cavity walls and finished with monacouche render.

Internally we knocked down walls and installed steel work, put up new stud walls, and ran all new electrical and plumbing. All plastering and feature ceilings, were completed with tiled floor, under floor heating.

All new windows, doors and roof lantern fitted.

Beautifully finished with new front drive and back patio.
