Rear Extension & Landscaping

Here we have completed a rear extension. We began by digging foundations, building brickwork leaving openings for bi-folds and windows. We constructed a pitched roof with velux windows.

Internally we put in stud walls to create a utility room and downstairs w/c. We then ran all new electrics and plumbing to the addition.

Fitting kitchen, utility, and w/c also tiling walls and floor. Fitting bi-folds and windows.

The garden saw us lay the patio area and artificial grass, and finished off with an upper decking area.
