Here we dug a foundation, these were 2m deep as there was a tree nearby We ran all new drainage from existing manhole at the front of house.

Also running new 16mm armoured cable from house, then we built all block work cavity walls and formed a flat roof leaving opening for bi-folds. Supply and fitting of Bi-folds with blinds in the glass.

Internally we put up stud walls, creating a shower room and kitchen area.

Finishing with underling floor heating, tiled floors and kitchen and shower room fitted.

Also laying a small patio around the outside.
