3 bed New Build house

Here we built a new build 3-bedroom detached house.

We knocked down a existing garage, here we had to do 2m foundation, the house was constructed out of traditional brick and block cavity walls, we also constructed a trust roof, we tiled the roof with a vented ridge system to meet building specification.

We also installed all windows, doors and bi-folds.

Built all stud walls

Run all new electrics 1st and second fix, run all plumbing fitting bathroom suites.
Also laying back patio new fencing and disabled ramp access to the front.
